Agricultural Irrigation Efficiency Program

is provided by Rancho California Water District (RCWD) for it's agricultural customers and is facilitated by TEAM RCD.

Complete the form and return them to TEAM RCD by emailing them to manager@teamrcd.org. or upload them below.  Once received, TEAM RCD will ask the auditor to set up an initial audit appointment.   The auditor will compile an irrigation system evaluation report with conversion recommendations to improve the efficiency of your system. 

Await RCWD review of the system evaluation report and the approval letter issued by RCWD providing information, financial incentive amounts, and an approved equipment list for the conversion.

Complete your irrigation system retrofit WITHIN 90 days after receiving your project approval letter from RCWD. Be sure to SAVE ALL RECIEPTS for the equipment and supplies spent on the irrigation conversion.

Send all receipts for the conversion equipment to RCWD Attention: Water Use Efficiency Department with a copy of your approval letter.
