CropSWAP

The CropSWAP Program
provides financial assistance to “agricultural” and “ag/residential” customers of the Rancho California Water District (RCWD) for crop conversion projects.
Crop conversion projects are those that save water through replacement of existing crops with those of lower irrigation water demands. Most commonly this would include Avocado conversions to winegrapes, citrus, olives, cut flowers, and other crops. You must have at least three acres or more to convert. The first step is to pre qualify with RCWD.
Find out more about the program and apply online for pre qualification with the Rancho California Water District here RCWD CropSWAP Program

Once you recieve your pre qualification from RCWD, download and submit your completed liability form to TEAM RCD below to schedule your pre inspection audit.
