Founded in 1941, the Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF) works to strengthen Riverside and San Bernardino counties by connecting donors with local needs and investing in initiatives that create lasting change. IECF partners with nonprofits, community leaders, and residents to support programs in education, health, the environment, the arts, and more. Their mission is to build a thriving, equitable Inland Empire through philanthropy and collaboration.

TEAM RCD works closely with IECF on wildfire resilience efforts through their Regional Forest and Fire Capacity (RFFC) program. We are collaborating with IECF on their Regional Priority Plan that will help allocate funding and develop strategies across the region. At the local level, we are collaborating on a Community Wildfire Protection Plan and a Home Hardening program tailored to our district, ensuring that residents and landscapes are better prepared for the increasing risk of wildfire.
